Privacy Policy

Game information stays on your device

Game settings, scores, recent game history, achievements, completion records, and saved adventure progress are stored locally on your device. They are used to run the games, show your records, and resume play. The app does not upload this information to SIVI LLC or a third-party game server. Local game data may be included in device backups according to your operating-system settings.

No app account, advertising, or analytics

You do not need a SIVI account or registration to play. The app does not ask for your name, email address, date of birth, or contacts. It does not integrate third-party advertising, analytics, or a remote crash-reporting service, and it does not sell game data or use it for advertising profiles. The games do not use your location, camera, photo library, or microphone, and do not record audio.

AI and offline play

Computer opponents run locally on the device. Gameplay is not sent to an external AI service. The games can be played offline; optional purchase, verification, and restoration features may require an internet connection to the device store.

Optional purchases

Depending on your version and platform, optional one-time purchases unlock AI opponents, additional Air Hockey terrains, fairy powers in Amanaya, or a combined bundle. Apple or Google Play processes payments under its own terms and privacy policy.

The app receives product identifiers, transaction or purchase-token information, and purchase status from the store to verify, acknowledge, unlock, and restore purchased features. This information is handled through Apple StoreKit or Google Play Billing and the app's local purchase state. The app does not forward receipts or purchase records to a SIVI server or an external purchase-management service. SIVI does not receive your store-account password or payment-card details through the app.

Apple and Google retain and manage store transaction records under their own policies and may provide SIVI with sales and financial reports through their developer services. Device backups and any operating-system or store diagnostics are also governed by the provider's settings and policies.

Children and families

The games do not request personal information from children. Free game features can be used without registering or making a purchase. Optional purchases use the device store; parents and guardians can manage the purchase approval controls available from Apple or Google. If you believe a child has sent personal information to SIVI through support correspondence, contact info@sivi.com to request its removal.

Website visits and support

When you visit SIVI.com, the website host may process ordinary request information, such as an IP address and browser information, to deliver and protect the page. If you contact SIVI for support, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send and use it to answer your request. In-app purchase support messages and diagnostics are displayed locally and are not automatically sent to SIVI. Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information.

Retention and deletion

Local game information remains until you remove it through available app or device storage controls, or delete the app, subject to your device's backup and restore behavior. SIVI cannot remotely access or delete your local saves.

Deleting app data does not cancel a purchase or erase Apple or Google's purchase history. Restore purchases can recover access using the relevant store account; Apple and Google purchases are separate. Contact info@sivi.com to request deletion of support correspondence. Some correspondence or financial records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations.

We will update this policy when the app's information practices change. The effective date above identifies this version.
